Complete your Bingo card by trying our hand-spun shakes and refreshing smoothies all summer long. Fill every square and earn a FREE Shake or Smoothie!

How to Play:

Step 1: Get Your Card
Order any shake or smoothie during the promo period (July 4 - August 31) and receive a Beat the Heat Bingo card.

Step 2: Collect Stamps
Earn stamps by purchasing featured shakes and smoothies and completing fun challenges from July 4 – August 31.

Step 3: Fill Every Square
Complete all nine spaces on your card (including the free center square) for a full BLACKOUT.

Step 4: Claim Your Reward
Bring your completed card and redeem it for a FREE Shake or Smoothie (any flavor, any size)

Quick Rules

Qualifying purchases can be made:

• In-store
• Through pickup orders placed on the Next Level Veggie Grill app or website
• Through delivery orders placed on the Next Level Veggie Grill app or website (receipt required)

Third-party delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) do not qualify.

You can complete and redeem more than one card.

One qualifying purchase = one stamp.

All cards must be completed and redeemed by August 31, 2026.

Overview

The Beat the Heat Bingo promotion ("Promotion") is operated by Next Level Burger Company d/b/a Next Level Veggie Grill ("NLVG," "we," "us," or "our"). The Promotion consists of two separate games: the Shakes Bingo Card and the Smoothies Bingo Card (each a "Game," collectively the "Games"). The Promotion is a purchase-based loyalty program and contains no element of chance. Prizes are awarded solely based on qualifying purchases as described herein. This Promotion is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance.

Promotion Period

Both Games run from July 4, 2026 through August 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All qualifying purchases must occur and all completed cards must be redeemed in-store on or before August 31, 2026. Purchases made before July 4, 2026 or after August 31, 2026 do not qualify. NLVG reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted at participating locations and/or on the Promotion website.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all customers at participating Next Level Veggie Grill locations in the United States. Employees, managers, officers, directors, and agents of Next Level Burger Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Participating Locations

The Promotion is available at participating Next Level Veggie Grill locations in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Texas, New York, and Massachusetts. Not all locations may participate. Not all locations offer both Games. Some locations offer the Smoothies Game only, some offer the Shakes Game only, and some offer both. Additionally, some locations may begin offering the Shakes Bingo Card partway through the Promotion Period rather than on July 4. Guests should check with their local NLVG location for current game and card availability.

How to Obtain a Bingo Card

Bingo cards are distributed in-store only. Guests receive their first Shakes Bingo Card upon making a qualifying shake purchase, and their first Smoothies Bingo Card upon making a qualifying smoothie purchase, during the Promotion Period (while supplies last). One card per Game is issued per guest per initial qualifying transaction; however, guests may request an additional card if desired. A guest may participate with more than one card per Game, provided all qualifying purchases are made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Bingo cards cannot be transferred, sold, or reproduced.

How to Play 

Each Bingo Card contains a 3×3 grid of nine squares. The center square is a free space — no purchase is required for that square. To earn a stamp on any square, guests must make the qualifying purchase associated with that square in a single transaction — each square requires its own qualifying purchase and cannot be earned by combining items across multiple transactions. Guests earn one (1) stamp per qualifying item purchased. Multiple qualifying items purchased in the same transaction each earn their corresponding stamp. Stamps may be earned through the following qualifying order types, all of which must be placed during the Promotion Period:

In-store purchases: Stamps are issued at the time of purchase.

Native pickup orders (NLVG app or website only): Guests who place a pickup order through the official NLVG app or website may present their card in-store at the time of pickup to receive the applicable stamp(s). Third-party platform orders (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) do not qualify.

Native delivery orders (NLVG app or website only): Guests who receive delivery through the official NLVG app or website may visit any participating NLVG location in-store and present their delivery receipt (digital or printed) to receive the applicable stamp(s). Third-party platform orders (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) do not qualify. Receipts must be presented during the Promotion Period.

In all cases, each stamp issued must correspond to a qualifying purchase that matches the specific square being stamped. Each individual item may earn only one (1) stamp — a single purchase cannot simultaneously earn both an individual item square stamp and a combination square stamp (Double Up or Super Duo). If a purchase qualifies for more than one square, guests should indicate at the time of stamping which square(s) they wish to apply their items toward.

Smoothies Bingo Card — Qualifying Purchases: to earn a stamp on each square, guests must make the qualifying purchase or meet the qualifying condition described on each square in a single transaction:

• Banana Berry Smoothie (any size)

• Green Glow Up Smoothie (any size)

• Tropical Tonic Smoothie (any size)

• Java Jolt Smoothie (any size)

• Hydration Hero Smoothie (any size)

• Monday Smoothie: Purchase any smoothie (any size) on a Monday during the Promotion Period.

• Super Duo: Purchase any salad and any smoothie together in a single transaction.

• Double Up: Purchase two (2) smoothies (any size) in a single transaction.

How to Win

To win, a guest must earn stamps on all eight (8) purchasable squares on their Bingo Card, completing a full "BLACKOUT" of the card (the center free space counts toward completion). Partial completions do not qualify for a prize. There is no winning combination short of a full blackout — no row, column, or diagonal wins.

Prize and Redemptions

Prizes:

• Shakes Bingo Card Prize: One (1) free shake, any flavor, any size. Approximate retail value: $11.45.

• Smoothies Bingo Card Prize: One (1) free smoothie, any flavor, any size. Approximate retail value: $15.95.

To redeem, guests must present their original completed Bingo Card in-store to a team member at any participating NLVG location on or before August 31, 2026. Lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible cards will not be honored. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for other items or cash. Only one (1) prize may be redeemed per completed card. Prizes are subject to availability.

A guest may complete more than one card of the same Game (with separate cards obtained as described in Section 5) and redeem each completed card individually, provided all qualifying purchases are made and cards are redeemed during the Promotion Period.

Restrictions

• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, coupons, or promotions (including but not limited to loyalty rewards, happy hour pricing, or employee discounts

• Stamps will not be issued retroactively except as described in Section 6 for native delivery receipts presented in-store during the Promotion Period.

• NLVG reserves the right to verify qualifying purchases and to refuse, revoke, or void stamps or prizes obtained fraudulently, through misrepresentation, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Any attempt to tamper with, duplicate, counterfeit, or alter a Bingo Card will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

• NLVG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Allergy Accommodations

We are committed to making this Promotion accessible to guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. If a guest has a documented food allergy or medical dietary restriction that prevents them from safely purchasing one or more items required to complete their Bingo Card, they may be eligible to substitute a comparable menu item on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your name, location, the specific item(s) you are unable to order due to your allergy or restriction, and a brief description of your allergy. We will work with you to identify an appropriate qualifying substitute, at our sole discretion. Allergy accommodation requests must be submitted during the Promotion Period. NLVG reserves the right to request documentation of the allergy or restriction if needed.

Accommodation of one request does not guarantee accommodation of future requests or other guests. NLVG's determination regarding substitutions is final.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NLVG AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL NLVG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO WHICH THE PARTICIPANT IS ENTITLED UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

By participating in this Promotion, participants release and discharge NLVG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize.

General Conditions

• NLVG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical errors, or other causes beyond NLVG's reasonable control compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

• These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and supersede any other representations, whether written or oral.

• NLVG is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by guests or by any equipment or programming associated with the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion.

• By participating, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by NLVG's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
