Is my store closing or changing? Why is my store’s name changing online?
We’re uniting under the “Next Level Veggie Grill” name – same restaurant, same team, same menu, just an updated name online (with the exception of our four Next Level Burger locations in Potrero Hill, Concord, Austin and Brooklyn).
If you were a legacy Veggie Grill guest, your rewards app got a new name and app icon, and shakes have been added to rewards!
If you were a legacy Next Level Burger guest, you’ll need to take action to move your rewards account.
Where do I find you online? Are online ordering links changing?

How do I know if I need to take action to move my rewards account?
If you use the rewards app to order online or earn rewards at any of the following locations, you’ll need to move your account:
Denver
Hawthorne
Ballard
Potrero Hill
Concord
Austin
Brooklyn (Fort Greene)
I am a legacy Next Level Burger rewards member (Denver, Hawthorne, Ballard, Potrero Hill, Concord, Austin, and Brooklyn guests), how do I move my rewards account?
Beginning October 5, you can download the Next Level Veggie Grill rewards app on iPhone or Android. Create an account with the same email address you use for your current Next Level rewards account. That’s it! Your coins, rewards and tier status will be waiting for you.
You’ll have until November 2 to create your account, otherwise your current rewards progress and coins balance will be forfeited.
I am a rewards member of both brands, do I still need to move my legacy Next Level Burger rewards account?
You don’t need to move your account, but beginning October 5, if you update your Veggie Grill app, you’ll see a new name – Next Level Veggie Grill – and your rewards, coins and tier balances will be updated to reflect the migration of your old Next Level rewards coins, rewards and tier status.
When I migrate my legacy Next Level Burger rewards account, will I lose any coins or progress?
Once you migrate your account, you should actually have more coins than you started with! We’re being extra generous in our migration to ensure you don’t lose out.
While we cannot carry over your year-to-date spend progress, your current tier status will carry over and will be valid for one year from October 5, 2026, giving you extra time to enjoy your current tier.
In addition, if you are within 10% of earning the next tier at the time of transition, we will bump you up to the next tier automatically, which you’ll enjoy for a full year.
Birthday rewards will migrate to your new account, but if you have any other outstanding non-tier benefit rewards that have been granted to your account, be sure to use them before October 5!
Are there any changes to the rewards program with this consolidation?
The only changes to the rewards program are as follows:
Birthday reward has been upgraded to a free small shake or smoothie of your choice! (at available locations)
Shakes have been added to tier rewards benefits (at available locations)
Our consolidated top rewards tier is now called All American Vegan (for legacy Veggie Grill guests, this tier was previously called Veggie Visionary)
Will I still be able to redeem my rewards in-store with this change?
Yes! You can still redeem your rewards in-store—nothing is changing about how you redeem rewards at our restaurants.
I don't want to download the app. Can I create my account and order online through a browser?
Yes. Beginning October 5, visit www.order.thanx.com/veggiegrill and click "sign up" (or "log in" if you've already created your new account).
